How long will it take to get my glasses?
We’ll do our best to get you in as quickly as possible. Most patients are able to book an eye exam within the same or following week. If you contact us we’ll let you know the soonest available slot that works with your schedule. You can also book online.
Can I bring a prescription from another optometrist?
Yes, absolutely. As long as your prescription is valid and up to date, you’re welcome to bring it in. We’ll help you with frame styling, lens options, and make sure everything is made to your exact measurements so you see clearly and love how you look.
Do you direct bill my insurance?
We can direct bill most major vision plans. Bring your benefits card or details and we’ll help check your coverage and submit what we can on your behalf.
If you’re not sure whether you or your child are covered, call us and we’ll help you check your OHIP eligibility before you book.
Can you put new lenses into my existing frames?
In many cases, yes as long as your frame is in good condition and suitable for your new prescription. Bring them in and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
